Historical Design Properties
Properties specific to historical chart are described below. For general configuration options, see Generic Views Properties, which apply to all view types.
To access these properties, first create or open a historical chart. Then, from the Toolbar panel on the right, select Chart Properties and open the Design tab.
Titles
Properties

| Text | Enter the main title displayed above the historical chart. |
| Font | Select the font family for the title text. |
| Size | Set the font size for the title. |
| Style | Apply formatting to the title text such as italic or bold. |
Subtitle and detailed info
| Option | Description |
|---|
| Text | Enter a subtitle or supporting information to appear below the main title. |
| Show Drill-Down Info | Show or hide drill-down actions beneath the subtitle. |

Historical Chart Type
| Option | Description |
|---|
| Data Type | Select the main chart type for displaying historical data—such as Combination, Line, or Area. |
| Navigator Chart Type | Select the chart type for the navigator pane below the main chart. This pane supports filtering and zooming on specific date ranges and supports Area, Line, or Bar charts. |
Category Axis
Data Labels
| Option | Description |
|---|
| Text | Enter a label for the category axis. |
| Label Orientation | Set the label angle in degrees to improve readability, especially with long or overlapping labels. |
| Label Step | Define how often labels appear on the axis. For example, a value of 2 shows one label out of every two, skipping the ones in between. |
Grid Lines
Display grid lines along the category axis to make comparisons easier when reading values across bars.
